We strive to know all our producers and farmers personally. We also maintain warm, personal contact with our Belgian network.

2/ Honest pricing
All producers set the prices of their products themselves. We finance our own operations with a transparent margin: 21% for fresh products and 10% for dry products.

3/ European products
Our vision is European, and we offer what can be found on the continent. As a result, our range follows the European seasons and calendar.

4/ Quality
We are proud of every product. As a wholesaler, we are a quality label for our customers.

5/ Ideology over profit
As a cooperative, we are not profit-driven, our farmers set their own prices, and profits that are made are returned to them. Together with our farmers and customers, we work on a new, sustainable economic model.

6/ Organic
All our products have an organic label, are in transition to organic or are regenerative. We know that the organic certification system is not perfect, but we see it as a first step.

7/ Transparency
We strive for a completely transparent food chain. That is why we create direct contact between our partners in Belgium and our producers in the South. We provide as much information as possible about each product.

8/ Small scale
Growth is not a priority; sustainable agriculture and fair prices are. Our success is built on personal contacts, which are impossible to maintain under endless growth.

We work together with various local partners in the food sector. This strengthens our mutual dependence. It also allows us to invest in the local economy and improve the sustainability of the Belgian food market.
